Well the anwser is simple. They cut off my interweb. I have a meeting with my store manager, about moving up in the chain. If that goes good I will have my net back in a couple weeks. If not it might be a couple months I will have to look for a new job. I might even start a "Help MilkManDan get his net back fund.

Ok lots of things going on first thing is from 3:00am April 6th until 11:59pm April 12th. It is called Overloaded Easter Bunny Drops Baskets. Today Wonderland has announced it's one year anniversary events. The first event is on March 26th and is called Free Points Are Coming. Players can get IGG Points for free if they answer the questionnaire. Meanwhile, an extra 10 IGG gems will be given to players once they won 50 IGG Points. The second event will be a 2X EXP for 2 Days. It will take place from 1:00 am, March 27th until 11:59 pm, March 28th. The third event is 100 Credits Giveaway. From March 27th - April 2nd players may win 100 Credits at most. The forth event is Gift Parade (click link for official post). The event will be happing on march 27th on server branch two of your respected servers. During this event a GM will throw these great gifts all around and players simply need to pick them up during the event.

The event takes place from March 21st - March 31st. Players must write a 2 part essay. Both a WLO story you would like to share and your well wish(es) for WLO. Why do the good ones have to die so young?

A couple of days ago a fellow co workers' brother called in sick for her. Now you have to understand this girl was probably the hardest worker I have ever seen just a machine at what she does. The kind of person that if you were down a couple people and you really needed some one and she was already working. You would feel bad asking her because she wouldn't say no, she would pull back to back doubles if she was needed.

We all knew something was really wrong when her brother called and not her. Because that type of thing was completely out of her nature. I was saying this to a fellow manager yesterday morning when I was informed that she was in the I.C. Unit at B.C. Children's Hospital for a viral infection. Well this viral infection was meningitis.

A few hours after after this conversation she passed away at the age 20. She was in her 3rd and finial year of University (I do believe). She was a hard worker with a kind and generous heart. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting her. I know as long as myself and the people that knew her, keep her in our hearts and our minds. She will never really be gone.

So till the day we meet again, R.I.P. Thao.

So there is a event coming out involving the mini game Five in a row. For those unfamiliar with the game it is played on the wireless game machine. It is like connect four. All players can go to the GM's tent and play this game when the event begins. The times are as fallows:

In other the man who almost drowned the other day has been found mentally capable to stand trill he has been charged with attempted manslaughter. Reports are coming in from Gemini server that there has been a female streaker. She has struck 3 times in the last twenty-four hours. Once in holy again at starter beach and finally in Korea. Any one who see this mystery woman is asked to call the police right away. She is presumed armed and dangerous.

A couple of things to announce

So here it is from Channel 1 news desk this is the fat kid MMD. We have a fallow up on yesterdays story involving a two vehicles crash. The driver of the Blue Turtle Car has been moved to stable condition and its looking like he will be making a full recovery.

Our final piece of news comes from Aries server where a man almost drown today off the dock in holy. When our news team caught up to him. The only thing he responded with was "I seen my reflection in water and thought I was drowning. So I jump in to save myself, at that point I realized I cant swim. Police are still unsure if any charges are going to be laid. The man will spend the next twenty-four hours under the careful watch of the South Island Mental Ward.

You may or may not have have noticed, but my links haven't been working properly. I figured out my problem and resolved it. I apologize if you were having any problems with them. Now on to the topic of our favorite game Wonderland Online.

This is just something that ercks me about this game. Mostly just the events, 90% of the events are item mall or credit mall related. Such as buy so many point events, exchange so many points, spend so many points or my personal favorite double credit weekends (another spend points to get more credits to spend at there other mall).Now you might be saying MMD I have signed every day and got my self the 2 credits as well as the additional 40 for doing this every day. But I ask you what have you spent your 248 credits(if you still have any) on? All the good stuff cost 500+ credits. The real way you get credits is from spending points. Than they don't even give you that many either. I understand every one has to make some money some how, but really there pixels. Yes there are server cost, maybe staff payments but that is almost about every thing. I know you are saying but MMD you have bought points and taken part in one or to two of this form of event. I would say I got lucky but these events never end and I really wanted some things from the item mall.

Now there are other events that happen during the week(everyday but Thursday), I have them linked. Those events are o.k. but you don't get any thing spectacular out of it. Not like the spend your or your parents hard earned money events(as they should be called).I just think there should be more events that aren't gear towards spending to win. If they have to be mall related events then give the normal player a chance at item mall or really cool things, without having to spend money.

In other news 3 people were rushed to hospital when a Turtle car carrying two failed to yield to on coming traffic and collided with a locomotive. The driver of the Blue Turtle car remains in critical condition while the other two were released with only cuts and bruises.

Well ladies and gentlemen yes all the rumors you hear are true. Wonderland is back up and running. The two times event is going on till 5 am(Wonderland time) Feb 19th. So good luck every one and may you all lvl at least once during it. Now I am wondering why Scorpio never got a new branch? There has to be enough people playing that server.

Well it has began.. It is the time of reckoning.. The four horse men draw near.. The apocalypse is just over the horizon.. In other words to am bored to tears. The server switch has begun . We are in dead time so to speak.

So let me take this time to tell you a bit about my wonderland history.*world starts to ripple "Yes I always wanted a flash back of my own"*

It starts of with me finding out about closed beta testing back in April of 08 , through a blog I had been reading for awhile http://nezlo.blogspot.com/ a endless-online fan blog. After about a week of deciding if I was going to see if my computer would run the game in the first place. I decided to give it a try and it worked. I could load it (it takes 10 minuets), play it and it was not the same old game I had been playing for 2 years. So like every one on there first time. I was born a newb once again, on the only server at the time Aries under the confirmed alias KingKorpse. I caught on to the game really fast but mostly enjoyed that turn based battle system. Right from the first battle and it brought me back to FF7, I was hooked. So months past and I had really got attached to this game. You know every waking hour in front of the screen even if I was using remote.

Till one faithful night about 2 weeks before the release of v 3.0 and Scorpio server, at lvl 41 and Roca lvl 40 I went to to work and left my self to afk train. When I returned in the morning I was standing there and Roca had ran away. I thought that is funny her friendship was at 83. So I go find her, all the equipment I had on her gone her friendship at 14. I am like wtf, turns out my dumb ass did two things wrong. One I forgot to sit, Two I forgot to set remote to leave after x amount of Deaths. So in that brief second I realized my Aries days were done, and with the buzz about the release of Scorpio as well as players I knew thinking about switching. I did and so did they lol. Gave every thing but the account itself to some one who had just switched from endless-online I knew.

I waited the two weeks. As soon as I got home from work. I set up my Scorpio account and decided to go with one of my favorite comic strip characters. Milk Man Dan from the comic strip Redmeat. You can find a link to the site via my links section. Now much more time has passed have exceeded my previous lvl. Obtained much more on the Scorpio than I ever did on Aries. I can say proudly I own the only mushroom tent on the server. I was part of the most epic 2 server guild WePlayNaked, and I am now currently part of the epic movie fan guild TheGoonies .

People in upper management

So I am getting my ass handed to me at work last. I have 2 pro till people up front and just me in the back.One of the people in the front is my restaurant manager, who keeps popping back to leaned a hand (only on his orders). During one of his stops he decides to inform me that I should be throwing down the meat when the orders come in. I all most lost it on him, but kept my cool and replied "How am I supposed to do that when the orders have not stopped coming in? I am eventually going to run out of product."

He shrugged his shoulders and walk away. That is fine by me he is out of my hair. So an hour goes by its 1:45 am I have been on since 10 pm he tells me he is finally going home . "I'm like ok is there any way you could cover me for a quick 5 min smoke break. "

To which he says "No, I should have been done 45 min ago."

Little back information one he is on salary, Two he is supposed to lead by example and three whats another 5 min when your already there.

So by this point I am fuming I know its going to be a long busy night(it was).I see we have no one in line. So I jump out super fast and prey that I can get through this smoke before Four or more people come in(my magic number that I consider to busy for one crew member to do alone).Yeah that didn't happen half a smoke later I passed it off to some random street person and away I go. I finished my shift at 6:15 am frustrated and really needing a full cigarette. Moral of my story, Is there really any bosses out there like me that really care for there staff and not the almighty doller sign?

Wonderland down for 16 hours/Server maintenance moved

With the increasing number of IGG players, we have opened even more servers to make sure that our games run smoothly. However, at the present time our current server facilities are at their capacity limits, so we have decided to move all of the servers to a better IDC (Internet Data Center). This move will take place from approximately 2:00pm February 17th to 6:00am, February 18th EST (GMT-5) during which period all IGG games and official websites and forums will be unavailable. With this move we are not only increasing the server facilities, but also the number of and quality of the servers. With all this new hardware, players will soon be enjoying an even better environment for gaming than ever before.

Breaking news, the scheduled maintenance on February 17th will be delayed until February 18th. The latest patch for Wonderland Online will be released. During this update, the game client will be updated automatically. If the client cannot be updated automatically, then you can download the latest patch and install it manually. This patch will correct the Husband is fishing quest and some translation bugs.

Additionally, there will be 2X EXP event for 24 hours after the maintenance.

Introductions

Well first, This blog will be based around the IGG game Wonderland Online. I will also be using this space as a place to rant about things going on in my own life.
